Founded in 1948, the family-owned gym Muilwijk has been a household name in Dordrecht and the surrounding area for more than 70 years.
Specialized in traditional Japanese martial arts judo, karate and jiu-jitsu.
Now expanded with kobujutsu, tigers, kick boxing and a varied range of group fitness classes such as BFC (boxing / boot camp combination), body combat, body attack and body & mind.
The 3rd generation is now active in the company.
Our classes are offered to young & old and provided by a team of enthusiastic and expert teachers who are also very experienced budokas and group fitness instructors.
